RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We have a 48-hour return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns We only accept returns in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon receipt
  • You received the wrong item for your order

Items that are undamaged and match your original order are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return Contact us at sshivaanivaishnavi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will review your request and, if eligible, send you a prepaid return shipping label along with further instructions via email.

Returns sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original (if eligible) and place a separate order for the new item once your return is accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the amount.
