About the jewellery
What is your jewellery made of?
Each piece is hand-poured in premium epoxy resin at our studio in Panjim, Goa, then set into hypoallergenic stainless-steel earring posts or hooks. The resin is fully cured for an ultra-clear, glass-like finish.
Are your earrings hypoallergenic?
Yes — all earring posts and hooks are hypoallergenic stainless steel. The cured resin itself is inert and skin-safe.
Are your pieces handmade?
Yes, every piece is made by hand in small batches at our studio in Panjim, Goa. Because of the handmade process, slight variations in colour, inclusions, and finish are part of every piece's character.
Care & wear
How do I care for resin jewellery?
Store each piece separately in its pouch or box to prevent scratches. Avoid prolonged contact with perfume, hairspray, lotion, and harsh chemicals, and keep pieces away from direct heat. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wear. Resin scratches more easily than metal or glass, so handle with care.
Can I wear these in the rain or shower?
A bit of rain won't harm cured resin, but we recommend removing your jewellery before showering, swimming, or extended exposure to water. Soaps and salt water can dull the finish over time, and the metal hardware lasts longer when it stays dry.
Will the resin yellow over time?
We use premium epoxy resin that resists yellowing under normal indoor and everyday outdoor wear. To prolong clarity, store pieces away from prolonged direct sunlight when not being worn.
Orders & shipping
When will my order ship?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 2–4 working days from our Panjim studio after payment is confirmed. Made-to-order pieces may take longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking.
How much does shipping cost?
Within India, shipping is ₹100 flat on orders under ₹2,400 and free on orders ₹2,400 and above. Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. See our shipping policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship across India. For international enquiries, email sshivaanivaishnavi@gmail.com with your country and we'll let you know whether we can arrange it for you.
Returns & exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 48 hours of receipt, only on items that arrive damaged, defective, or where the wrong piece was sent. Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are final sale. Full details in our refund policy.
My piece arrived damaged — what do I do?
We're sorry. Email sshivaanivaishnavi@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send you a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is approved and we've received the piece back, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Payment & pricing
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is online only. We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and the standard Shopify wallet options. Payment is processed securely at checkout.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
We don't offer cash on delivery at the moment — all orders are paid online at checkout. Shipping is free on orders ₹2,400 and above.
Are taxes included in the price?
Prices on the site are shown in INR and include applicable Indian taxes. International orders may incur customs duties on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Custom & wholesale
Can I commission a custom piece?
Most of our designs are made-to-order, and small variations like a custom colour on an existing design are often possible. For a fully bespoke commission, email sshivaanivaishnavi@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram with what you have in mind and we'll guide you through the process. Custom orders are final sale.
Do you offer wholesale or stockist partnerships?
